Joe Bates
Vice President

Joe Bates provides strategic input and direction to high tech and association clients for eBrain Market Research.  He is a senior researcher with more than 12 years of marketing research experience.  Joe is widely recognized as an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research design, implementation, analysis, and consulting. 

For more than 7 years, Joe worked at the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), most recently as the director of research, where he oversaw the consumer research program which focused on consumer technologies, product sales data, trade show, and association research. His research experiences prior to CEA include research in the areas of political polling, healthcare, telecommunications, law, and manufacturing.

Joe graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the College of William and Mary.
